Our orders are dispatched from our Woodford Folk Festival Head Office, Woodford, Queensland, Australia. 

Orders are dispatched within 2 days of receipt in a trackable Australia Post satchel.

This excludes the pre-event week, during the event and week post the event, so from 18th December to 5th January. Regular dispatch will resume from Monday 8th January.
